     IN/House is like no other commercial real estate firm. Established in 1992, we took a rather unique approach to commercial real estate which differed greatly from the perceptions most people had of commercial real estate brokers and their responsibilities to their clients.

     Over the years we have been engaged by tenant clients of all sizes who understand that managing their real estate is not simply a transaction every few years but rather a major part of their corporate structure that needs to be properly planned, implemented and monitored on a continual basis. To our clients, we are their in-house real estate department.
