     Jerry S. Neitlich established IN/House Corporate Real Estate in 1992 bringing with him over over thirty years of corporate business and real estate experience. Mr. Neitlich was a Dean's List student at Southern Connecticut State University and has a Master's Degree in Human Behavior. Before establishing IN/House, Mr. Neitlich spent six years at Marcus & Millichap Corporate Real Estate Service Advisors, one of the premier real estate firms in the United States and recognized as a pioneer in corporate real estate services. He earned the highest level of Senior Associate where he developed a unique specialty focusing on closely held companies and professional corporations.

     Prior to joining MM/CRESA, he was the managing partner in a New York City sales organization and later served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the US offices of an international sporting goods company.

     He has contributed to features in both The Orange County Register and Orange County Business Journal, written articles for the Orange County Lawyer and numerous other regional business publications, and was a contributor to the former Orange County News Channel regarding real estate issues. In addition, he lectures to law firms on current real estate issues and how to better serve their corporate clients and has been a guest lecturer at MAI seminars discussing “Appraisal of Fair Market Value of Leases.” He also serves as an "Expert Witness" regarding landlord/tenant issues.

     Mr. Neitlich resides in Irvine, CA. with his wife Merry, a marketing consultant and National Adult Figure Skating Champion. They have two married adult children, Scott, a brand manager with Mattel and Abby, a professional choreographer and dancer in Northern California. Mr. Neitlich is past president of at Temple Bat Yahm, Newport Beach, CA, a volunteer basketball coach for the Orange County JCC Maccabi team and is a member of the Aliso Viejo Country Club.
