About Jerry Neitlich

Jerry S. Neitlich established IN/House Corporate Real Estate in 1992 bringing with him over 30 years of corporate business and real estate experience. Mr. Neitlich earned a B.S. degree from Southern Connecticut State University and Master's Degree in Human Behavior from University of Bridgeport 

 

Before establishing IN/House, Jerry Neitlich spent several years in the Corporate Real Estate Division of Marcus & Millichap The division was recognized as a pioneer in corporate real estate services. There he developed a unique specialty focusing on closely held companies and professional corporations. 

 

Neitlich has contributed to features in The Orange County Register and Orange County Business Journal, written articles for the Orange County Lawyer and numerous other regional business publications, and was a contributor to the former Orange County News Channel regarding real estate issues. He lectures to law firms on current real estate issues and how to better serve their corporate clients. He has been a guest lecturer at MAI, NAIOP and OC Bar Real Estate Section seminars discussing, “Appraisal of Fair Market Value of Leases” and how landlords and tenants can better understand each other’s needs to successfully complete transactions. He also serves as an expert witness regarding landlord/tenant issues. 

 

Neitlich resides in Irvine, CA. with his wife Merry, a marketing consultant for law firms and professional providers. She is a National Adult Figure Skating Champion and consults with professional skating coaches on learning theory. They have two married adult children, Scott, and Abby. He is a past president of Temple Bat Yahm, Newport Beach, CA, has been a long-time volunteer basketball coach with Orange County JCC Maccabi and USA Maccabiah teams and served as Chairman of the Greens Committee at Aliso Viejo Country Club.. In his spare time he actively plays golf, basketball, scuba diving and watching his family grow.
