Negotiations Never End

 

Just when you thought it was safe to kick back, here comes some notice from the landlord or some unexpected bill. What do you do? Why not call your broker? If the answer to your request for help is “I’m not really involved anymore,” find a new broker.

 

Is that clear enough? The broker has the expertise to understand the issues and should be able to either give you advice or actually handle the problem for you. Remember those commissions you paid for? If the broker just shrugs you off, you may want to return the favor. Harsh, but that’s reality.
